Pls comment this front calendar cover design!!!

That's my 2005 calendar front cover design, it's look like simple layout.
Otherwise, i don't know where is problem for that, so anyone can comments this design.

I don't know -- I guess I would change the background colors. Right now the way they are, the dog gets a little lost in them!

Otherwise, it looks nice!

There are a few things that bother me.
What bothers me most though is the fact that it feels like two images in one;

- the animals don't look at each other, when this particular image really begs for it in my opinion
- conflicting proportions
- conflicting lighting in several areas

But all in all it's not all that bad. Thanks for sharing.

Pretty nice. I'd echo JoeD's comments. Just one other thing bugs me... Did the dog forget the postage stamp when mailing the kitten?

I don't understand why the background is split into two separate areas of demarcation by lightness. Bigger cat/mailbox and blur them slightly to match the dog. Make 2005 more obvious.

It's actually a nice looking cover, ciwecom2003, in spite of my criticism.
