Specific Please remove the light streak

Please repair my favorite holiday photo. There are some light streaks ruining this photo and I would like to see it removed without affecting the persons, original colors etc. Many thanks!

Thanks, but her face and teeth are now a bit distorted.. This was also what AI did to my attempt. Hopefully someone can really remove the light streak without affecting the rest by using Photoshop instead of AI..

I will have to say that this image is a bit above my skill level, yet here is my try.
There were many more issues to work on than just the light streak.
