Hi,

I need a pic of just the male, from the waist up - arms do not need to show; with a plain or nice outdoor (i.e. trees) background. Is this possible?

Getting the person out of the pic is less of an issue compared to what is to be recreated in the indicated area. If you have another pic with the same suit that shows your Right shoulder and arm, that would assist me in my work greatly. Or, a similar pic on the internet in similar angle.

Apologies, I noticed your message about hands need not be showing late. Hope this serves your request. I am willing to do any further changes you may need. I notice that there is a focus difference between the subject and background. Also, the outline of the subject needs further touch up.

Here's a quick try. I didn't mess with exposure and brightness too much because the background matched the subject pretty well already.

Your second image may not work, because I could have cloned the Left hand and flipped it to get an effect similar to this:
