Please Help

Hi,

Whenever I use the text tool the curser and symbols and so on are always on the left and when I try and use a symbol they are put at the start of whatever I type. This is becoming really annoying and I cant seem to fix it. I have looked for a solution to this before and tried all suggestions including;

- Reset Text tool.
- Make sure type preference is on default.

The sooner this this fixed the happier I will be.

When you say symbols, do mean special characters? Like Šor  ???

Ok, so when you type these at the end of a sentence, it places them at the front? On the next line or just in front?

Lets say if i wanted to type the line free download! it would show up as !free download

Preferences > Type > Middle Eastern or East Asian

It is set to default

Ryan, try setting to East Asian only.
