Hey I'm new to Photoshop C4S and in this picture I need to know how to do something. The FIFA 10 and PS3 bit is one layer, David Beckham is another layer and the stadium in the background is the final layer. What I need to know is how do I make just David Beckham smaller and keep everything else the same?
