I have files in ART format. How do I convert them to JPEG?

I think you need go through some artwork tutorials...
and i hope your somehow problem can be solved.

Assuming that you have software that can read ART files, just invoke it to display it on your screen, then
either use a third party screen grab program like ACA Capture Pro, or use printscreen on your keyboard, and save it as a jpg.
