please finalize my draft design (logo), will pay for it

Hello Photoshop Artists,

I need your help to finalize my draft design for our slalom skateboarding team SGB -> slalomgangbang.com
I will pay via paypal and I am ready to give $40 for the whole work (I hope this is fair)

The SGB Logo must have circular form (like the VW/Volkswagen or BMW logo), more details see my draft and comments
Basically, fell free to do your work on my draft and make it optically better, but the basic idea of my draft should not be changed

As result,
I need two images, each in .ps and .png format, (together four files)
The resolution should be good (300dpi)
Both images have the same motive, as in my draft

first image should be "flat" without 3D-like effects to print it on T-Shirt in the three colors only
(no color gradient, T-Shirt printing method will be flexprint, so no more than three colors )

the second image is for sticker and should have 3D-like effect (something like Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, see also VW/BMW logo)

Image 1 for T-Shirt size, diameter=210 mm (millimetre)
Image 2 for sticker size, diameter=80 mm (millimetre)
RGB colors: white (255,255,255), black (30,30,30), red (238,27,46)

I have no deadline, but if you can finish the work within one week, this will be fine for me.

Please feel free and make me offer/examples
