Specific Please could you edit my dogs lead out of a picture?

Hi there,

I took a picture of my dog that I LOVE but his lead ruins it!! Would anyone be able to edit it out for me?
I have a picture of his dog tag which is partially covered by the lead if needed too (second pic attached)
