i’m new to photoshop i’ve already posted in a separate thread reguarding help and tutorials for how to do this but i still can’t seem to do this lol, can someone please outline this ferrari for me? thank you guys and i have the other picture as a reference tool

no sam thank you for trying to help i am looking at every single comment in every thread i post, so far it’s only been the two. and i appreciate everything you guys are tying to do to help me and i’m going back and reading how to do it right now thank you everyone
