Great-nephew wanted "a funny picture".
Well, he liked this one I did for him today!

Whoa, thats one trip'n comp you made there. I'm glad your great nephew liked it. :righton:

wow, crazy. I like this. Did you use that page curl effect in photoshop? I haven't found that yet... how do I go about doing that?

- Al

You mean 'warp transform'? It's only in CS2, and you can use it by going to transform mode (ctrl+t) and then right click and select 'warp'. If you dont have CS2, then you can't use 'warp transform' but there are still ways to acheive the same effect.

Yeah I have CS2 and I meant that... and I actually did use that before. I'm just waking up, give me a break :P

CS2's new Warp function. You can grab the corners and turn the pictures inside out, twist them
any way you like. Here's some screen shots I've just done to show you how I created some of the
shapes.

Here's the first one I posted, created by playing around with the warp tool -

:\ I understand. What you need is a good cup of coffee! :righton:
Shaun, thats a good example. The new 'warp transform' mode has soo many uses.

Woahh, I got into it more and it's quite entertaining. I might post up some stuff later on. We should make a campfire thread for this... take one image and see what each person can do with the warp tool only.

Take Care,

- Al

What do you mean with "we"? What's stopping you from starting one? :P

Fine, I'll do it.

... Time is stopping me. I'm sure someone could easily get to it before I get back on hear later in the day ;) :D

Perhaps a moderator could move this thread to the Campfire forum and give it a new title -
"What I can do with the Warp Tool"
(Polite suggestions only, of course) ...

more warping.
Moved top left-hand corner across to right - which brings the back of the picture to the front
and twisted the rh corner across to the left.

Yet more warping

Some very odd creatures in this aquarium ...

Shaun that's clever distortion - I hope your nephew watched you use warp tool - he'll become hooked on PS for life!
