Specific Placing two pictures into one

ive tried to do it myself but this is out of my area of talent. i would like these two photos pasted together. its my bfs mom and our son, sadly she passed before she got the chance to meet him. they can be photoshopped in anyway! but i would like it to look realistic or drawn! shes the woman below and i inserted a few pics of my son. thank you in advanced!

Hi @sadboi

Your images are extremely small which will make the final quality limited. There are more thumbnail images vs the original images.
Do you have a higher resolution image of these. Starting with the best possible starting images make a huge difference in the end result
Thought I would ask before I do any work on the project.
