Hello Photoshop experts,
Can somebody help me out with this request? The railing (jpg attached) needs to be photoshopped into the picture of the entrance to the house. The railing needs to be placed in the opening in the center of the picture, at the back of the porch, to protect people from falling off where the trees are. This needs to look 100% real and cannot look fake.

That's going to be difficult as the railing you've provided is a flat black drawn image, and not a real railing.

Is there an option to use a different railing?

I gave it a go. If this is what you wanted I could do some clean up around where the railing meets the walls so it's not just "floating", and remove white halos from the rails, but... Yeah. Maybe as a small image you could get away with it looking like a realistic black rail, but zoom in and it is quite clearly fake.

@LaceyKeo You have to improvise and make the railing appear 3 dimensional and give it the proper lighting. You can also use noise, blurrs, blending modes, adjustment layers, etc, to make it look more real. Don't forget shadows.

This is not a fully tweaked version since I'm only using this as a quick example:

Oh, I see!

I'll give this another go later then and see what I can come up with.

Thank you :)

Thank you so much! I'm confused which one to use. And apologies for the delay in response, things have been crazy here, which is why I’m so late in responding to my request.

Thanks again guys!
