this may not be the place to ask but i am messing with pixlr online for now. when i use the lasso to cut an item out of a picture to put on another is there a way to rotate it from the original way it was cut? thanks in advance. i am gonna keep playing with it and see if i can figure it out
 
Yes, go to EDIT > FREE TRANSFORM > rotate to where you want it, hit enter.
