There's some heavy pixelation/noise on the right side of this image in the pale green solid shape. I'd like it to be evened out so it's not pixelated and basically smooth for lack of a better word. I've tried a few things without success. Also if possible would like to de-noise the woman's hair next to and above her ear. I think the hair below her ear looks fine.
Needs to look as natural as possible as this will be printed and signed by the actor next month. I've tried topaz apps to fix but it either does nothing or makes everything look plastic. Hopefully one of you wizards has a better method.
