Specific Picture does not print well

I am having a lot of trouble with this particular photo. I am trying to print a nice high quality version of it, but as much as I adjust the contrast and lightness/darkness, I keep getting weird shading around his shoulders and head. It comes out very dark and difficult to frame nicely. Can somebody please crop and adjust the shading photo so it will print out nicely? Thank you, gurus!
