photoshopping my original cat eyes request :)

hey there.
i am very bad at photoshopping myself but still i want this image to be edited. so i'd like to ask you if you guys can edit this picture for me. the motive is me, these are actually my eyes, no contact lenses. its a gene defect that makes them look like they do.
so i want the picture to be edited kind of "galactic". blue (in its various appearances - dark, light, cyan and so on..) should be the main colour. everything but the eyes sould be darkened and also a bit
blurred, but you should still be able to see that its my head an my hair :pimp:... ok so the eyes themself shouldn't be blurred, they should remain clear. maybe it's possible for you to outline the iris with a thin cyan (or any other colour that fits) paint brush line or anything like that.

if you try to photoshop this image for me i'd be very grateful. also i think that this motive is something you are not always able to work with.
feel free to add effects you like and you think look cool
but:
-blurry/cloudy head (everything except eyes)
-it needs to be a space-looking result if you know what i mean
should be definetely included

if someone wants to edit the image feel free to ask for the original picture as this one is resized to 3500x2333 (original is 5200x3400). i'd send it via PM or somehow else.

ok thats enough. time for you to get started. as i said, i'd greatly appreciate if you guys had fun editing this photo! :)

If you want good editing done then I would suggest uploading the full res file gives people a lot more flexibility if it is beyond the forum limits put it in a rar or zip file and upload that like you would an image.

the eyes sure look great!
may i ask you to lighten up the eyes a little bit (not too much) and make the rest of the face way more blurry. actually the eyes should be the only sharp region. even the nose and stuff. you should only see the shapes of the face so the eyes are way more conspicious. thanks so far, i like it!

would be great if you (or someone else) could modify it a little. i was very bad at explaining what i wanted it to look like. i took this random image from google:

maybe you can add the effect to the picture. that it's kind of unsharp/blurry but in the center sharp again. also the parts beein unsharp should be dark with eventually some blue (like the colour of the eyes you, smoke, used) effects like some blue random lines / borders.
if you could add that the picture would be perfect! thatks for your effort, hope you can make it!
