So here is the image.

What I wanted to do is to camouflage the guy wearing the uniform with the background. Not going totally invisible. I wanted his shape and eyes to be distinguishable.
Like for instance, this guy:

Can you do it?

I believe all you have to do is select the area that you want to transform (the guy leaning against the board) take that selection shift it over to the board, to the left of him copy and paste the board over him, and then put that layer in darken mode should work fine if that's the look your going for

There are, of course, several ways accomplish this. I would suggest a displacement map.

However, I did find this TUTORIAL that would do the trick!

I want to try this later to see how it works!

As long as you realise your example actually shows Liu Bolin being painted to camouflage him, rather than using Photoshop. He is famous for it.

If you go try all that, we won't have to, though doing it will look rubbish, as the person who does these, stands in front of a very detailed background. It will mostly just look like somebody has chucked a tin of green paint on him, which means there will be no artistic merit to the image what so ever.

Somebody may do this freebie request for you, but it will not be me for the aforementioned reasons.
Good luck and good day sir.
