Specific Photoshoping body

Like this but the right arm needs more photoshop and both lower arms. Also make the right arm slightly thinner but to look more muscular. Remove the big white dot also. So far the photoshoping looks great.

I try to go for a more natural look (not so muscular)

My try.

Cheers!
This looks really good. Thanks. I'll wait for the other person to finish the photoshop and I'll decide myself which is better. But again both photoshops are really good. I'll see which is more appealing also the more muscular version or the less.

you want muscle veins on a girl...?
Well not that much. Very little so the arms don't look fat. I don't know a lot. I just know when you can't see any veins (excluding the capilars) it means they are covered with fatness. Also so far the photoshop looks great. Don't judge me on the last thing, I'm not an expert and I don't know a lot how fit people look exactly. Only thing left is to blend the left bicep with the rest of the body colour and extend the veins on the left arm to the hand (again I'm not a pro at this but don't the veins show from the hand and up and slowly fade?) then it would be perfect. So i can see how it should be photoshoped I'll look some photos. Maybe there shouldn't be veins but I'll see.

I did my research. As i see only a few girls have the muscle veins on forearms. More have on the biceps. Thats what i saw. Correct me if I'm wrong because I'm not a pro at this. But you know add both things then I'll see how it looks. The photos guide me so yeah.

Amazing photoshop. One slight thing just extend the veins on the lower left arm to the hand. Not on the hand just on the start. You know what i mean. I compared a photo with it really accurate only make the veins that are on the bicep slightly bigger. Also thanks for the photoshoping you are really good. Hm It needs also balancing to photoshop the neck and below it. I saw i from a point of you and it doesn't add up because of that. I also saw as the way you started which is amazing the shoulder muscles should be made visible also. I don't know if i should send you one of the photos I'm comparing it. But your call. If its easier then I'll send it so you would know what to do more without me explaining that much. Well here's one of the photos I found, hope it helps you:
