Photoshop zoom and drag functions keep breaking, forcing software restart

Hi there, I've started seeing this issue where zooming and dragging becomes broken and forces me to restart where after it works again for a little while and then suddenly breaks again. Has anyone seen this issue before?

How does it respond when you use Cmd/Cntrl + (+or - keys)?
 
Have you tried resetting Ps prefs?

What version of Ps are you running?

Is your "Use Graphics Processor" turned on in Ps preferences?

Im on CC 2020, I'm not sure what I would've changed that would start doing this as I hadn't changed anything

No problem. If you're not willing to try then I don't think I can offer much more in help. Resetting prefs often cures most of Ps problems. At least it's a starting point in order to rule it out.
