Can anybody help me. Clients of mine use powerpoint for their presentation and require numerous photos of their ads and products. They want the products to have no background. They have to be JPEGs but I cannot figure out how a jpeg can contain a clipping path so as to knock out the background. Any suggestion would be more than welcome.

Tnx

Hi Zinister, welcome to the community. [honesty]

What version of PP do you use? Only the newer versions fully support alpha transparency.

I'm surprised that this subject isn't covered in PP's manual, given the frequency of this question. Surely they MUST have known this would be an issue. [stuned]

No idea about an answer for your prob but seeing its for powerpoint....if you want to rock their world grab a copy of director and do a presentation for them, then charge some nice $$$$ :D

You could just create the whole page (7.5" x 10") in Photoshop, flatten it and save it as a jpeg, and insert the whole thing into the slide show as you would a picture.
