I tried using the Cleaner Tool, but it didn't have the option for Ps, as it was already uninstalled. However, I did clean off CoreSync and CC, and downloaded a direct setup for Photoshop. This is also not working, and is stuck at 5.9%:Hi

A lot of people are experiencing issues with the installer getting stuck at certain percentages, someone mentioned on the Adobe forum that logging into Adobe.com and leaving the browser opened worked.

Tried multiple tips from both community articles, such as deleting some of the CC folders, removing all CC apps, and using a direct installer, but all of the installers still hang. Is there any other alternatives to try?
