Photoshop request

First of all this is my first post, so please go easy.

So i have been desperately hunting around the internet for a place where I could find some Photoshop experts and here i am.

My request is if you could make the background white of the picture attached I would be very grateful indeed.

I totally understand that Steve, that this is not a free edit site, but I thought that this would be something you guys could do with your eyes closed.

I did my best :S I did a bit of blemish removal as well, I'm not the best at making selections of things. Also, if you want, I can try my best to remove the other man's shoulder on the bottom left.

Thank you biddler! That's exactly what I needed man cheers. I didn't even think about removing the other guys shoulder, but if it wont be too much work, yh that would be great!
