photoshop request

Hello there gentlemen, i come to you because you are the best. Also the people on my car forum are inept at photoshop it seems lol. Its a very simple request, i just need my wheels shopped matte black and gloss black. Hopefully im not insulting any of you by such a simple request, i just need some help lol. Thanks!

Many ways to approach this, I'm showing you one.






Gloss : Black Solid Color layer with 63% opacity
Matte: Selection of wheel inverted and set to blending mode multiply

Note that the gloss layer always has to stay visible and that you need to hide the matte layer (click on the eye icon) to get gloss.

You can easily fine tune the result by changing some parameters like opacity, color, blending mode or adding a curves layer with an S-curve (just to name a few) to get a slightly more glossy appearance.

And now stop asking the same question again (which is also iDad's fault, who often helps people with a request without explaining here how he did it), now that I've shown you how it can be done.

lol whoa, well thank you sir but i do not have photoshop. And dont plan on spending whatever it costs to get it (no offense). But again thanks for the shops! you have a pm btw about the other file thingy
