sorry i've tried but i just cant get it, im not really great at photoshop.

take both pictures layer them on top of each other apply a layer mask using a soft brush paint out the parts you dont want in black on the layer mask. Go to image > adjustment > match colour and tweak sliders to get roughly same luminosity possibly even have to go to image > adjustments > shadow highlights as well in this image . then a couple of colour balance adjustment levels you may get something along the lines your after but I doubt it will ever look natural 2 different lighting conditions images dont look great quality etc etc
