At first I would like to greet everyone on this forum, pleaces like this, where people can help other less skilled people, are great.
I hope you can help me with the image below.
I am just simple car mechanic, never had to deal with photoshop but would like to ask you to edit this picture below so I can change alloys colour, I would like to try different options. I have my brothers laptop with photoshop for a weekend so hopefully you can make it editable, that would be great. I am not sure how to describe this but I hope you know what I mean.

View attachment 4077i made a quick selection for you, open the car image in Ps then add this layer to it and edit it as you want the color

I know this is probably stupid but how do I edit the color of alloys? I managed to open my car and your picture as two layers but I do not know how to edit color ;/

there are a lot of ways to do that one way and probably easy for you would be just a color overlay os photo filter
open the wheel layer the in menu bar >image>Adjustments> pick your filter in drop down play around with the levels

Make sure the wheels layer is the top layer and create a Selective Colors or a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer.
Make sure you hold down the Alt key, Opt on the Mac while selecting the adjustment to clip it to the wheels layer only.

Here is a psd file, open it in Photoshop. Use the selective color adjustment layer to change the wheel color. Make sure Neutrals is selected from the dropdown box and then adjust the sliders to change colors.
