Photoshop request from a new member ;)

Hello, i may need some assitance with someone witi photoshop or should i say i can't photoshop can you do it for me? xD
Anyway here is the picture,don't mind the smoke effect, could you posibly photoshop it to give me (the guy in the black) sharingan eyes?(Yep Naruto anime fan).
I tried it but due to the lack of skills i screwed up and since the photo isn't hd, well let's say i only screwed up.
Oh and the sharingan eyes, something like this .

PSG is basically a discussion forum. We actually don't mind requests for free edits but we prefer to guide and instruct new members on how to complete projects like this on their own. Someone may come along to help you out and do this edit for you, but this may take a while so please be patient. Please check your thread from time to time.

You surely are a very fast moderator, yes i don't mind this, in fact i could use some tutorials but since i still have Windows Xp Sp2, and i can only run Adobe Photoshop CS3, maybe Cs4, teaching would be a bit difficult, maybe some images with the basic steps and then with the result of the image may be helpfull.

I copied the red eye onto a new layer then duplicated it turning one over as to create two natural looking eyes, i then layered over the top of your original image placed about where they need to be reduced opacity slightly, your problem is that the original image is rubbish, sorry but it is.
