Photoshop request for tattoo

Good evening everyone, I'm looking to get some ideas for a new tattoo and thought I might be able to find some help here. I really like this calligraphy "A" but not too crazy about the flower style designs in it. Also looking to get some blue and/or green color in there. I have photoshop however I am a beginner without the skills to mock this up myself. Is anyone bored on a Sunday afternoon and want to take a stab at mocking up another version of this image for me ?

Thanks for for the reply Paul, I'm in the process now of searching through all the old tattoo request on this forum. I now see this gets asked a lot. I was actually asking if someone could "spice up" this letter A. My daughter was just born and her name starts with A so that's the reason for the A tattoo.

Im working in photoshop now to do it myself however I'm VERY new to it.
 
How big a letter do you want and where is it to be placed on the skin?
 
You can do designs in photoshop, but illustrator would be your best bet - that said as we here at PSG always say to tattoo requests, the only real option for a great tattoo is go see a tattoo artist in there tattoo studio, it is what they do afterall.

Thanks again Paul, I agree with what you are saying about the tattoo artist drawing this up, I just wanted to take something to them before hand... I'm not that creative. :)
 
Lol, just look through some of the standard images i supplied then pick a few then go ask a tattoo artist to draw some up for you to pick, simples.

From experience, if the artist can't DRAW a great design ...... Are you going to let them INK you for life ??
A quality artist will draw and size it for you, and explain why things are sized the way they draw it....I have 25 year old tats, that still look great. I have seen many after 10 that look totally different...ASK THE ARTIST !
 
Here is what i have come up with so far. i know, very simple... i am having an issue withe cross section of the letter A. It looks as though the design portion is cut off. If you look to the top right of the A, it's the same patter just copied, however only half of it is there. I'm having some trouble replacing that with the full version at the top.

not to get off topic here but i actually agree with you. she asked me for some idea's of what i want so she can draw something. which brings me to here.
