Photoshop request for my upcoming wedding

My fiance and I would like to get some magnetic paper. We want to get 2" x 2" stickers printed, put them on magnetic paper, cut them out, and put them amongst our wedding favours.

The printing place I talked to says they print at 600dpi, so I believe we would need each little circle to be 1200x1200 pixels.

We would like to fit as many on one sheet of printed paper as possible.

Would someone be able to turn this simple paint design into a nice 1200x1200, that is placed multiple times on one sheet of paper, with purple all over the entire sheet between the circle design [this way when cut, if we cut off a little extra it will not be white]? The 1200x1200 would be the edges of the outer black circle.

This would be greatly appreciated!

Does this work for you? I made the background transparent so you can see the layout better, and purple as you asked. Will the printer have the correct dimensions for the outside of the circles? BTW, this a not the 600 dpi version. It won't load on the forum, but I can send it to you if you'd like to PM me your email. I can also send the psd if the printer wants it. Let me know if you want this or not. The paper size is 8 X 10.
