Photoshop Request. Any help would be appreciated.

hello,
I'm photoshop beginner of the beginners of the beginners.
I was desperately trying to figure out photoshop this picture for almost 3 hours, but I failed.
If it is not too diffcult to do it, would anyone in this forum generally help me?

Basically, I tried to change bluish white LED strip(that has been placed in bottom) placed upper side of headlight, so this light looks similar to this.

Not all these two pictures do not have to be done. Either picture is fine.
Any help is appreciated.

Make a new layer of the headlights and use the rubber stamp tool to get rid of the blue in the original pic. You can flip (Edit->Transform->Flip Vertical) the original headlight or just paint the stripe in yourself (Use eyedropper to get color from original layer).
