Photoshop Request - 4 Simple Thngs for My Picture

I ask for pretty much 4 simple things. I took 2 pictures of myself with my webcam and I need someone to do just a few simple things.

First of all, here are the pictures (I need them in the same resolution 1024x576) :








The things I ask you to do (exactly the same in both of them) :

1. My face looks red in the pictures. I want the colors to look more natural and vivid.
To show you what I mean, I want the colors to look as good as in the picture of that guy:



The colors look professional and vivid.

2. I want my skin to look completely smooth. Please remove the imperfections such as the stubble I have above my lips and other things you see.

3. I have dark circles under my eyes. Please fix it.

4. I want the background to be completely white.

If you think they are simple things, why not download Gimp, and do it yourself? This is a photoshop discussion forum where we help each other learn and show off our work, not an editing service for people who want skilled work done for free.

I want to have high quality pictures for Facebook. I don't have the money for Photoshop and I don't know how to use Gimp.

Since I'm not paying for that, I asked for just 4 simple things. It is really important to me.
