"Photoshop Quit Unexpectedly" when it didn't.

Every time I quit Pshop CS 5 on my MBP (2.2 Ghz i7, 8 gigs ram, OS 10.7.5), the error window says "Photoshop quit unexpectedly" and has an error report. I've un-installed and re-installed the program, but it still does it. I also have CS3 on the computer because I use it to generate pdf presentations (like the way it works in CS3). Would having 2 versions cause this type of problem?

I would think if one is not open No but if 2 are Possibly but that's only a guess two open programs would take a lot of RAM

It does it every time I use CS5. Rarely use CS3 and even more rarely both at the same time.
