Photoshop Problem

i try to import a picture in photoshop in order to make it better but it appears not the way it should
The original picture is shown in the left and in the right here it is how it appears in photoshop

Anyone can help me with that?
 
No idea why it turned from green to black, very strange you have the original image?
 
Can you post a screenshot when you're doing this

i tried the same pic to another pc and it is just fine...i do not understand what is happening
has this happened to anyone else?
 
you drop that first JPEG into Photoshop it shows the background here why isn't there a background on Photoshop From what I see those are two different images doesn't make sense strange indeed
 
this is a common problem I have with PNGs, the best way i found was to save the PNG from the net to the hard drive then open it from the drive in photoshop.
 
yes its a png(that why no background)

well i made several tries...in some cases the png appeared fine,the rest of the times appeared like the pic in the first post shows
open it from the drive in photoshop did not work either :cry:
its propably something with photoshop itself cause in my laptop its just fine
pfffff annoying:frown:

any ideas?

Well you could also try the Deus ex Machina around here and reset your PS preferences. Steve always says, if PS acting weird for no apparent reason, reset the preferences. :)
 
i deleted the preferences but nothing happened
i uninstalled and reinstalled but still nothing
i have 3 png files,the 2 appear just fine but one of them still appears like sh1t:P
