Photoshop Panel customization

Hello All,

I was curious to know that whether Photoshop's tools panel can be customized? What I mean is can we change the Grey color tools panel icons on the left side of the Photoshop CS6 software, to appear in color, just like how Adobe Photoshop Element's tools panel look like. Please let me know.

I'm not sure about Elements.
Try Preferences| Cmd+K then Interface

I think whats being asked here is if the CS6 tool panel can be made colorful like Elements Tool panel.

As far as I know it cant unless there's a trick that I'm not aware of.
