Photoshop online course help please

Hello all
Im a keen beginner photographer and really love the hobby but feel that Im missing out on something by not knowing how to use photoshop for my photos as I'd love to take my pics that bit further so
Im looking for help on choosing the best online photoshop course for myself.
I'd really like one thats for beginners and explains things really easily and in depth.Another must is a course that gives you excersises to do after learning a certain area which I think would help me alot.
So any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Yeah I done that but theres so many and obviously some will be rubbish and some great so was wondering if anyones got any experience of a good 1 or has heard of a good 1 ?
