Photoshop on tablet

Could you install Photoshop on this...

basic raw processing of photos would be the main, if not only use.

just install the photoshop meant for tablets

That's a windows8 2gb ram tablet with duel core atom processor, not sure what the gpu is but probably weak.

I don't think it would run the latest photoshop but it should run cs2 well as I have similar specs in my netbook and it does an ok job.
