Photoshop not responding

I have Photoshop CS5 but ever since got SAI it's stopped working? Even if all windows that I was using are closed, I can open Photoshop but only for a few seconds. Afterwards, it just says "Photoshop is not responding" and then closes. Does anyone know what's wrong or how to fix it?

I've also tried holding down Alt+Ctrl+Shift while opening it and that didn't help

My copy of Photoshop was having this issue, re installing it did the trick.
