Photoshop not responding document not saved

Hi,

So I have been working all day on my PSD document and being so foolish I haven't saved it all day. Around half an hour ago Photoshop stopped working. My document is still open but photoshop is frozen and windows is asking me to close program I haven't closed program yet.

What are my options is there any way I can save my work now without losing it?

Hate to disappoint , BUT..... If PS froze, you have to restart. Sorry about the lost work.... that's a bummer.

Next time, DON'T FORGET THE 3 MOST IMPORTANT WORDS IN DATA PROCESSING....
