Changing the color is not really hard and there are many ways to perform it. You can use the brush tool and select the color mode instead of normal and lower the opacity of the brush and applying it to the desired area, or you can use the color range under the select menu and selecting the color you want to change. After the selection you can chnge the saturation (Ctrl+U) and apply the one you find more realistic.

For changing the logo I really would like to help you but I'm occupied with something important and it is really time consuming. Hope someone helps you with that since it is not that hard i guess
