Your reference to it as "my art project" strongly suggests this is a school project.
If so, what does the code of academic integrity of your school say about paying others to do your assignments?:frown: . My guess is that it is forbidden.
Where I teach, the first time such behavior is caught, the student receives a zero on the assignment. The second time, a zero for the entire course, and the third time, the student is expelled from school for a semester and the parents don't get their money back. If the student is receiving a scholarship or other support, the student must reimburse the payee for that semester. Most schools have a very similar policy.
How do you possibly expect to learn if you don't do the assignments yourself?
Of course, after reading this, you can always claim it is a personal project. If so, then you surely wouldn't have any objection if whomever helps you puts a big copyright notice all over the result, but explains nicely and in great detail how to accomplish it? :evil:
