Photoshop Help in PSD

I have a PSD file that is a header for a website template that I received. I am trying to change the text in the PSD but I dont know how to do so. Below is a link to the PSD file. I want to change the website name to what MY website name is going to be. Can somebody instruct me how to do this?

Why didn't you download a Photoshop course for beginners too while you were downloading Photoshop from some warez site?
