Paid Photoshop Help for Christmas Card

We have just moved into new house and have no winter photos (or landscaping) yet. I am looking for someone to help.photoshop winter snow and Christmas lights on a photo of our house. Perhaps porch decorations and couple of snowy spruce trees as well.

Attaching photo of house decorated for fall. Can this photo be used and remove the fall decor?

I have photos from end of construction with some junk in drive and porch which I guess could be edited out? Also the white temp shades in bottom left doors need to go.
