Photoshop face texture help!

I'm very new to photoshop, and I was trying to create a face texture to upload onto a game I'm creating my character in. However I am failing horribly. I was wondering if anyone could help out I have the two files. I can't seem to merge my face onto the facetexture file, and line it up properly. Any help would be great.

I need my face (Second Image) over top the face of the first image.

Like this? The ears in your "template" are nowhere near where they really belong relative to your own face, so I wasn't sure what you wanted to do there.
