Hi,

I was working on a project that had a document space of 2x6. I moved an item REAAALLLYYYY far away. I kept enlarging the document area (Image/Canvas Size/) until I saw where the damn item was. I moved the document space to a whooping 200x200 inches. lol. I know that sounds really stupid to do. But I had no idea where it was, so I encreased the canvas size till I found it.

I found it at the VERRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYY edge of the 200x200" document.

I moved it back and tried shrinking the document back to 2.6 then had the error message disk scratch are full.

Whenever I try to open it says disk scratch are full.
C Drive have 459GB Free.
I've already deleted all temp files content by going to search, keyword %temp% and deleted all that appeared.

how can I open up the file and change the document size back to normal? I just want to open the file and shrink the canvas size back to normal.

Ram is 8gb and the file size is 232MB, not large, just that the canvas size is 200x200.

Thanks.

I mean, the item I had to move was at the very edge of 200x200inches. lol

try going to edit > Purge > all

and then go to edit > preferences > Performance and then alter your scratch disk settings

And Crop your image if crop wont work make a selection with the marquee tool around your actual content then go to image > trim
