We don't have lists of Photoshop resources here at PSG, we're doing the same searches you can do I_got_it.
You can try your local bookstore for books with exercise files and see if you can get them in your local library.
You can try the library for other free stuff.
For 83¢ a day you get a month of video tutorials, for $1.25 a day you get the exercise files too.
For free lessons with exercise file, I don't know of any but keep searching.
