SOS!
I'm hoping someone has run into this issue before. I have super distracting problem. I just got a new laptop and installed CS5. I retouch images for a living.
The tool that I use most often is the clone stamp. For some reason, not only can I not get rid of the "+" in the middle of the circle of the brush, but there is an annoying series of lines that follow the brush around as I'm cloning. It's two curved intersecting lines that shape a stylized "X". It only flashes for a split second every other click or so, but it's extremely distracting and hinders my work greatly. In the past, every other version I've had I was able to have a clean circle with no extra junk or flashing fragments.
I'm just wondering if there is any way to fix this, or if anyone has ever even encountered this problem before. If not, I fear that I may hurl my laptop out the window.
