Hello,
I'm new to this forum so I haven't searched through it much yet.
I've just installed Photoshop CS4. I've no problem working with Camera Raw, it works fine. The problem is when I switch to Photoshop to view a jpeg image: it just doesn't show. The only time I can see the image is when I display it in its own window and move the window around, otherwise I only see a gray background. My version is in French, my PC runs Vista 32bits and my graphics card is an ASUS GeForce 8600GT (last version of NVidia drivers installed).
Can please anyone help?

Thank you in advance

Could you tell me where to reset the preferences?

Can´t really find it. Have just tried to reinstall, but still no luck.

Problem solved - almost

The problem seems to be the photoshops use of my graphiccard (Asus 8800GT EN). So by going to edit->Preferences->Generel->Performance and there disabling "Enable OpenGL Drawing", press OK.. And the picture should be back.

The problem is that not using the graphiccard limits some of the new featues of Photoshop CS4.. I will try to figur out how get it enabled without any problems.

I also have a similar problem, i open an image on photoshop CS4 but I can't see it, only grey, but I can see it on the Navigator tool.

Please reply

Thanks! That did help.
But I don't think it has to do with your GFX card is bad, I have a gtx 275 myself and only running silkroad on low graphics at the back.
