Photoshop crashing when running Image Processor script (XP)

Greetings good people,

When running the script, I get that lovely debug question... I've tried running the script several times and it always crashed at a different point, with no pattern I can see.

I have just had my PC reinstalled, as I thought the problem was with Win.

Has anyone else had this problem? If yes, please share your solution :)
