As you can see, the "floor" in the picture is not flat.

is there any way i can flat the floor in photoshop?

I would suggest you select the lower part of his body up to the molding and replace the floor with an image of floorboards that are straight. And second suggestion is not to take pictures at the fun house anymore!

The lines create the illusion. Edit them out with the spot healing tool and then make some new ones with the pen tool. Then add a stroke to the path of about 3 pixels or whatever looks OK.

Yeah, you need tomask out the child, and replace the floor with some stock photo. With Google you can search for images larger than "insert size". So you can look for something high enough quality.

Standard photoshop filters on three layers, made a copy of the right hand side floor pasted in reverse on left hand side, blended then made filter changes.

If u really must retain the original and can't simply drop a replacement in, cut out the subject, then use the puppet warp tool on the background.

Surely easier to replace the floor...

I didn't spend any time cutting out or masking or colour matching the floor. Also, I added basic shadowing. More time spent on it will make it look perfecto lol.
