Photoshop cc 2018, how to resize toolbars?

I want to narrow the toolbars and reduce the size of the icons therein.
How to do this, please?

Hello.

The Ps toolbar can be displayed as a single row or a double row by clicking the two small arrows at the top.




As far as the icon size...........You may be able to adjust the UI scaling under "Interface" in Ps preferences.........unless you're on a Mac, then its always set to auto.

Thank you. I have changed the Font size to Tiny and it looks much better now.
