Photoshop CC 2018 curvature pen tool line is not displaying.

My default path options line size and color is difficult to see. They sometimes turn off and I don't know why. With graphic card all good. Before I was using Ps 2017 and all was ok, now with Ps 2018 I have these problems.

If I close Photoshop and open it again, all seems good! But this only lasts for a few minutes only (10-20min)

Is this a bug?
